The Business
Link Legal Advisory combines the complementary but separate roles of consultants and qualified solicitors to deliver a comprehensive package of business support under one umbrella to meet your business needs.
Link Legal Advisory’s model provides access to a former partner of a global law firm as well as best practice in-house project management methodology and business advisory support. This allows Link Legal Advisory to remove the multiple layers of billing that exist in traditional law firms and provide accessible and cost-effective legal and business support, no matter the size of your business.
Link Legal Advisory implements its model by working collaboratively with its clients to identify those tasks that can be best managed by our solicitors, commercial consultants or both.
This structure was established in response to growing concerns from the business community about the value offered by traditional law firm billing models.
Founder and Director
Pip Murphy is the Director and Founder of Link Legal Advisory. Pip has experience as external in-house counsel for a number of large corporate clients, as well as managing and advising on corporate and commercial matters, commercial disputes, corporate compliance and legal finance.
Pip was a director of and is the current CEO of the Association of Litigation Funders of Australia.
