ABOUT LINK LEGAL ADVISORY

Link Legal Advisory combines the complementary but separate roles of consultants and qualified solicitors to deliver a comprehensive package of business support under one umbrella to meet your business needs.

Link Legal Advisory’s model provides access to a former partner of a global law firm as well as best practice in-house project management methodology and business advisory support.  This allows Link Legal Advisory to remove the multiple layers of billing that exist in traditional law firms and provide accessible and cost-effective legal and business support, no matter the size of your business.

Link Legal Advisory implements its model by working collaboratively with its clients to identify those tasks that can be best managed by our solicitors, commercial consultants or both.

This structure was established in response to growing concerns from the business community about the value offered by traditional law firm billing models.

PIP MURPHY, DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

Pip Murphy is the Director and Founder of Link Legal Advisory.  Pip has more than 25 years of experience as a solicitor, external in-house counsel for a number of large corporate clients, as well as managing and advising on corporate and commercial matters, commercial disputes, corporate compliance and legal finance. Pip demonstrates great skill in understanding and influencing legal, business and financial risk.

Pip holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Law, is a Graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course (GAICD), a Graduate of the Chief Executive Women Leaders Program, is a Certified Practising Risk Associate with the Risk Management Institution of Australasia and is RG146 Compliant.

SKYE GEDYE, LAWYER

Skye Gedye is a Lawyer at Link Legal Advisory, bringing a combination of strong legal expertise, commercial awareness, and a client-focused approach to legal practice. Admitted to practice in May 2026, she holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Deakin University and completed her Practical Legal Training, leading to the award of a Diploma of Legal Practice.

Skye is recognised for her analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex legal and administrative matters with confidence and professionalism. Her background in professional services has equipped her with exceptional organisational skills, a strong work ethic, and a practical understanding of client needs, enabling her to deliver legal services that are both strategic and results-oriented.

Skye is passionate about building trusted client relationships and is committed to delivering high-quality legal advice with integrity, professionalism, and empathy. Her dedication to achieving positive outcomes for clients, combined with her strong technical and interpersonal skills, makes her a valued member of the Link Legal Advisory team.


ARKADY EYDLISH, PARALEGAL

Arkady Eydlish is a Penultimate Year Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) student at Deakin University. Whilst completing his studies, Arkady has:

  • Successfully served as a Commercial Careers Officer on the Deakin Law Students’ Society, gaining executive and leadership skills;
  • Worked in a commercial role with Maltra Foods, where he maintains key stakeholder relationships and delivers outcomes across competing priorities; and
  • Worked as a paralegal for the Association of Litigation Funders of Australia, broadening his exposure to the legal finance industry and the legal and finance professionals that work within it.

Arkady brings a commercially aware and strategically focused perspective to his work as a paralegal with Link Legal Advisory, with a strong interest in the intersection of legal risk, regulatory frameworks and the financial sector.

Arkady’s continued development in the legal sector is marked by commercial awareness, intellectual curiosity and a disciplined work ethic. He remains committed to building practical capability and contributing thoughtfully to client-focused outcomes at Link Legal Advisory.
